"Bianca took the time (at least 45 minutes) to go over details of a homeowner’s insurance quote and answer any and all questions I had during the phone call. She was patient and detailed. I ended up not going with State Farm, but I was very impressed by her customer service in a very volatile industry where people change insurance companies like underwear. She could’ve rushed through it or just sent me to the website for an online quote. Instead, she took quite a bit of time out of her day to provide a quote that stood a chance of not panning out into a business transaction, which is rare these days."
